The course benefits 50 teachers and educational psychologists—including specialists from the 13 UGELs of Junín and tutors from selected high schools. It stands out for its dynamic, experiential, and participatory approach. With a total of 160 academic hours in a blended learning format, the program strengthens educators’ abilities to respond effectively to everyday challenges in the classroom and school life.
The program includes five key modules:
STRENGTHENING SKILLS AND AMPLIFYING EDUCATORS’ VOICES
During the sessions, participants explore real situations that arise in school environments and share effective strategies for maintaining a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Through participatory learning methods, they identify key challenges and opportunities to create safe and supportive spaces for all students.
The course’s impact is reflected in participants’ voices Ivan Palomino a secondary school teacher at “30001 Tercer Milenio” in Pichanaki, shared:
“These training sessions are very helpful, especially because they are so dynamic. It’s been a great experience, and what I’ve learned here I can apply directly with my students.
